Working Out
I really shouldve thought things through before I hopped on the tredmil today without having anything to eat.
Tips:
-EAT before hand
-and dont stare at the screen that tells you the time/speed/and how much you have left to go before youve hit a mile (it only makes it so much slower and painful)
- make sure your mom doesnt sneak in and take a picture of you for jokes.
i feel like im about to pass out =]
